Not at the moment, however we do have repair partners and can make recommendations as needed.
Exchange Policy
Do you offer exchanges? How does it work?
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. We offer a hassle-free return/exchange policy within a specified timeframe.
- Please email Contact@Etejohnjewelry.com or via phone on +2348181111166 within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for a return. Your order must be returned with all its original packaging including any boxes, pouches, and other signature packaging materials.
- We cannot accept jewelry without tags or that has been worn, used, altered or damaged in any way. Ete John Jewelry has the right to reject a return if the item appears altered or shows signs of wear in any way.

Where can you ship to?
We offer shipping to locations across Nigeria as well as internationally. We strive to ensure safe and timely delivery of your jewelry right to your doorstep.
We believe everyone around the world deserves a little Ete John in their life.
When are orders shipped?
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday and are shipped within 24-48 hours of placement.
Delivery timelines:
- 24-48hours within Lagos
- 2-5 days outside Lagos and within Nigeria
- 4-14 days outside Nigeria
Can I track my order?
For domestic orders within Lagos no.
For orders outside Lagos and internationally, yes; once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order just reach out to us at contact@etejohnjewelry.com or on phone via +2348181111166 within 3 hours of order placement.
Our orders are fulfilled quickly (because we know that waiting for a package to arrive feels like a lifetime) but we would be happy to look into your order and see if canceling is possible.
If I place an international order. Do I pay customs fees to Ete John Jewelry?
Currently, Ete John Jewelry is not responsible for custom fees and duties.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
No, we are strictly an online business at the moment.
However, we have stockists, with select items in store:
1. Luxxstrada: 146A Ligali Ayorinde St, Victoria Island, Lagos. Nigeria.
2. Studio Conceirge: 8a Ologun Agbaje street, Off Adeola Odeku St, Victoria Island, Lagos. Nigeria.
